Job Description

The role Hexegic are looking for a Talent Sourcer to support the company’s growth by you’ll identifying, attracting and engaging people for technical, IT data and defence roles, building relationships that connect talent with opportunities across our teams. Working as part of our internal Talent team, you’ll partner stakeholders to understand their needs, build candidate pipelines and support candidates throughout the recruitment process. Core Responsibilities Put direct sourcing at the heart of recruitment: identify, approach and engage candidates, supporting their journey from attraction to onboardingPartner with our Talent Manager and internal stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and build candidate pipelines for current and future needsUse our ATS and HRIS to create vacancies, manage candidate records and keep recruitment activity organizedAttract candidates through engaging job adverts, boards and social media channelsBuild and nurture specialist networks across defence, cyber, IT and data engineeringHold screening conversations with candidates to understand their experience and assess fit against role requirementsVisit teams at sites across the south of the UK to build relationshipsRepresent the Talent function at company events and help strengthen connections and culture across Hexegic What we are looking for Experience recruiting for technology roles, either in-house or agencyUnderstanding of UK security clearance processes and requirementsA willingness to learn and interest in understanding a growing business in specialist hiring needsAbility to build rapport and lasting relationships with candidates and stakeholders, both virtually and in-personStrong organisation and prioritization skills What’s in it for you?
