Talent Acquisition & Employer Brand Executive Commission per hire: £1,000 📍 Bristol | Full-time, Permanent | 5Values Consulting Group Are you ambitious, naturally curious, great with people and someone who loves making things happen? We're looking for a bright, driven and creative individual to join our Bristol HQ as our Talent Acquisition & Employer Brand Executive. This isn't your typical HR role. You'll have real ownership, responsibility and the opportunity to make a genuine impact on how we grow our business. Your primary responsibility will be finding, attracting and hiring exceptional people into 5Values, working closely with our leadership team across Bristol and London. You'll also help shape our employer brand, run our social media channels, create engaging content and play an important role in building our People & Culture function. What you'll be doing Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Own the end-to-end recruitment process for our Bristol and London offices.Identify, attract and headhunt talented individuals rather than simply waiting for applications.Build relationships with universities, graduates and emerging talent.Work directly with business leaders to understand hiring requirements and deliver results.Manage candidate pipelines, interviews, offers and onboarding.Help build a consistent pipeline of exceptional people for the business. Employer Brand & Social Media Manage and grow our social media presence, particularly TikTok and LinkedIn.Create engaging content showcasing our culture, people and what makes 5Values different.Develop creative ideas to attract ambitious people into the business.Help position 5Values as an employer of choice. People & Culture Help deliver an excellent onboarding experience.Support employee engagement, internal events and team development.Assist with HR administration and People & Culture initiatives.Help organise company-wide sales days, events and activities. The person we're looking for We're much more interested in your attitude, intelligence and potential than simply how many years you've worked. Previous recruitment, sales, marketing or talent acquisition experience would be beneficial, but it's not essential for someone with the right attributes. A degree is welcome but not a prerequisite.
