Temporary Full Time Make an Impact Where Talent Meets Purpose As a Talent Acquisition Advisor, you’ll manage a high-volume portfolio and work closely with hiring leaders to attract, engage and hire great talent. From developing recruitment strategies and proactively sourcing passive candidates to guiding leaders through the hiring process, you’ll play an important role in creating an exceptional experience at every step. What you will do: Manage a high-volume, full-cycle recruitment portfolio across a variety of roles and business areasPartner with hiring leaders and HR Business Partners to understand talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategiesProactively source and engage talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, social networks, direct outreach and other sourcing channelsBuild and maintain talent pipelines through market research and ongoing relationship managementConduct candidate interviews and assessmentsAct as a trusted advisor to hiring leaders, providing guidance on recruitment, interviewing and selectionCreate compelling job postings and candidate messaging that reflect our culture and employer brandDeliver an inclusive and exceptional candidate and hiring leader experience What you will bring: 4+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience, ideally within a large, complex organizationProven ability to independently manage a high-volume recruitment portfolio across a variety of roles and levelsStrong proactive sourcing skills and experience engaging passive candidatesExperience developing and executing effective recruitment and sourcing strategiesStrong interviewing, assessment and stakeholder partnership skillsExperience with Applicant Tracking Systems; familiarity with SuccessFactors is an assetPost-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related fieldAs this position is posted in several locations, we specify that bilingualism is an asset (fluent in French and English) but is required for Quebec only as the position will regularly serve our clients with French and English-speaking needs Given the size and scope of our organization, we have the flexibility for this position to be located in the following head office locations: Toronto, London, Winnipeg or Montreal. The base salary for this position is between $59,800 - $99,700 annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc). If you are selected to move forward in our recruitment process, your recruiter will be able to discuss additional details of our total rewards program with you.
