The Role As an Field Recruiter, youll take ownership of driving the full recruitment strategy at SafeStreets for a wide range of hiring needs, including corporate, operational, and Human Resources roles. Your mission is to lead sourcing efforts, perform candidate screening and interviews, and select top-performing talent. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our teams by building strong pipelines, refining hiring processes, and ensuring we attract and retain high-impact professionals. Responsibilities Source, screen, and interview potential candidates for various positions, using job boards, resume mining/headhunting, social media, networking, and referrals.Partner with leadership to understand hiring needs across departments.Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates qualifications, skills, cultural alignment, and technical competencies.Execute hiring decisions based on the ability to identify and select the best candidate.Provide timely updates and feedback to regional managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process.Collaborate closely with the HR team to facilitate onboarding and ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and employment laws.Track and report recruitment metrics to measure effectiveness and identify areas for continuous improvement.Requirements Proven experience in technical and corporate recruitment.Proficient in use of Indeed Smart Sourcing tools to source highly qualified candidatesStrong understanding of HR functions and the ability to assess candidates technical knowledge, compliance expertise, and cultural alignment.Demonstrated success recruiting across multiple departments in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with candidates and hiring managers.Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in all aspects of the role.Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check and any additional security clearances or licenses required for the role, including applicable state licensing requirements.
