As a Talent Partner, You Will Build, own, and nurture a strong pipeline of world-class business talent across People, Finance, Revenue, Marketing & Communications, and OperationsDeliver a world-class recruiting experience that reflects Cohere's premium brandPartner with hiring managers and talent partners to find and engage passive talent through creative sourcing methodsMaintain deep market intelligence on business talent trends and competitive landscapeManage comprehensive recruiting funnels in our ATS, updating progress and analytics regularlyDevelop creative, proactive sourcing approaches to optimize the top of the funnel for business rolesCultivate relationships with established networks across business communities and industry leadersIdentify and own additional high-impact talent projects as they emerge Who You Are You have 5+ years of experience recruiting for business roles across Sales, Finance, Revenue, Marketing & Communications, and Operations in markets like EMEA/US etc.You have a proven track record of hiring candidates in high-growth and a high-bar environments (startup, technology, AI experience strongly preferred)You bring an established, high-profile network in business communitiesYou're a creative problem solver who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environmentsYou're a natural influencer with exceptional relationship-building skillsYou leverage data and analytics to drive sourcing decisions and measure effectivenessYou're passionate about diversity, equity, and building inclusive business teamsYou have a strategic mindset with the ability to see beyond immediate hiring needs Why Cohere Impact: Shape the future of AI talent at a cutting-edge company.Culture: Collaborative, innovative, and mission-driven.Growth: Join a team scaling from 800 to 2000+ over 18 months.
