About The Role We’re looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor to lead full-cycle recruitment of certified dental assistants (CDAs) across our network of clinics. This role combines hands-on recruitment delivery with strategic partnership, requiring someone who can manage high-volume hiring while building strong relationships with clinic leaders and driving proactive sourcing strategies. You’ll operate as a trusted partner to the business, supporting clinic hiring needs while helping to strengthen recruitment practices and processes. What You’ll Do Manage end-to-end recruitment across a portfolio of roles, primarily certified dental assistants (CDAs), from intake through to offerPartner with hiring managers to develop strategic hiring plans aligned with business needsBuild and execute proactive sourcing strategies, including direct sourcing for hard-to-fill rolesDevelop and maintain candidate pipelines using ATS and recruitment toolsDeliver a strong candidate experience, ensuring clear communication and timely follow-upsSupport employer branding initiatives to strengthen market presence and attract talentRepresent 123Dentist in person at career fairs, campus events, and dental assisting programs to build talent pipelines and attract new graduatesEnsure compliance with employment standards and internal hiring practicesCoach hiring managers on interviewing best practices and candidate selectionPartner with HR and Payroll to support smooth onboarding and hiring processesIdentify opportunities to improve recruitment processes, workflows, and efficiency What You Bring 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, ideally in healthcare, dental, or professional servicesExperience supporting multi-site or regional hiring environmentsStrong sourcing capabilities, including direct sourcing and passive candidate engagementExperience using ATS and HRIS systemsExcellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skillsStrong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple roles and prioritiesHigh level of professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detailStrong communication skills, both written and verbalWillingness to travel occasionally to attend in-person recruitment events What Sets You Apart You bring a proactive and practical approach to recruitment, with the ability to manage both volume and complexity across multiple markets.
